Development Programs

Apprenticeship

The Training and Apprentice Program lasts for three years and focuses on developing essential skills and knowledge. The first two years emphasize academic subjects like English, Math, and Physics, using practical learning methods to prepare students for refinery operations. Successful candidates are assigned to departments: Operations, Maintenance, Laboratory, or Security, based on their performance. Throughout the program, trainees may work at Saudi Aramco and selected refineries to learn industry best practices and advanced processes. After this preparatory stage, trainees return to Jubail to start the operational phase.

Advanced Studies

The Young Professional Program develops emerging talent and prepares future leaders within our organization. It provides resources for career advancement, allowing participants to specialize in engineering, human resources, or finance through certification programs. Emphasizing mentorship and networking, the program connects young professionals with experienced mentors. Through workshops, seminars, and real-world projects, participants apply their knowledge to industry challenges, gaining valuable insights and problem-solving skills. Achievements are celebrated at graduation, recognizing their dedication. Ultimately, the program aims to build a skilled workforce ready for leadership roles and success within the organization.
